Reservations & cancellation deadlines

Cosmetics and massage treatments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start of treatment free of charge. In case of a later cancellation, we will charge 100% of the price.
Late appearance may result in a shortened treatment time. For a punctual and relaxed start, we recommend arriving in the ONO Spa about 15 minutes before spa time.

​​​​​​​Recommendations

Do not rush ... Enjoy our premises for a lasting relaxation. We recommend that you drink enough water before your spa visit and that you start your wellness experience neither hungry nor directly after eating. In the ONO lounge with a view over Berlin we serve light meals and drinks from our season menu.

​​​​​​​Children and adolescents

The use of the entire sauna area of the ONO Spa is not allowed for children and young people under 14 years. Exercising in the fitness area is possible from the age of 14. Young people from 12 years of age train under the supervision of a parent.

​​​​​​​Valuables

For your clothes, we provide you a locker in the locker room. To secure your valuable items such as jewelry and money, we recommend that you use the safe in your room.
We accept no liability for lost or misplaced objects.

​​​​​​​Clothing

During your stay at the ONO Spa, we will provide you with a bathrobe, towels and slippers free of charge. In the fitness area, the wearing of sportswear and sports shoes is required.
In the ONO lounge, the wearing of fitness clothing is not desirable.

Mobile phones

We offer a peaceful and relaxing stay at ONO Spa. For this reason, we ask you to switch off your mobile phone.

Non-smoking-area

It is understood that the entire ONO Spa is a non-smoking area. The exception for the smoker is the outdoor terrace of the ONO Spa.

​​​​​​​Parking facilities

The parking garage, with access in the Ludwig-Beck-Straße, is available in the 3rd basement and has direct access to the hotel elevator and the ONO Spa.
Here you will find further information on arrival and departure to The Mandala Hotel. Parking fees can be paid directly at the front desk of The Mandala Hotel. Public underground parking costs EUR 25 / day.

Iyashi Dôme

The Iyashi Dôme at ONO Spa

The Iyashi Dôme at the ONO Spa is the perfect way to keep your healthy cells fit and sweat the others out. "Iyashi" comes from the Japanese language and means healing and is based on the traditional Japanese sauna. The lounger represents the interaction of thermal forces of the earth on the beach and the sun, which heats the human body and sweats out pollutant and toxins. The Iyashi Dôme - lounger lives this old tradition and our guests can feel this phenomenon in the lounger in Berlin at the ONO Spa.
